Update Python-Qt key map to include PageUp and PageDown

The QVTKRenderWindowInteractor now maps the PageUp and PageDown keys to their corresponding VTK keysyms 「Prior」 and 「Next」. Previously, the Qt-to-keysym mappings for these keys were only available through C++.
